What we collect

If you use the quote form, we collect the name, phone number, email address, property location, and project details you enter. If you call the number on this site, we collect the calling number and any voicemail you leave, including an automated transcription of it.

What we do with it

We pass it to the local deck company handling your quote so they can contact you about the project. That is the purpose of the form and the phone number. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to marketing lists.

Calls

Calls to the number on this site are routed to voicemail outside working hours. Voicemails are transcribed by an automated service so the message can be read as well as heard.

Analytics and cookies

This site is a static site and does not set advertising cookies or run third-party tracking scripts. Standard web server logs may record the request, including the requesting address and browser, as any web server does.

Retention

Enquiry details are kept for as long as they are needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up work, and then removed.

Your choices

If you want your details removed, email hello@gainesvilledeckco.com or call (352) 301-3643 and ask. We will remove them.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page.
